Embrace Your Inner Calm
At Rain and Root Wellness, we inspire women to reconnect with themselves through nature, plant care, and nurturing self-care rituals.

Our Story
My wellness journey didn't begin in a yoga studio—it started with a single houseplant and the moss-covered forests of the Pacific Northwest. After years of feeling disconnected and overwhelmed, I found healing in the simple act of caring for green life and creating sacred rituals for myself.
Standing beneath towering Douglas firs, watching droplets cascade through emerald needles, I discovered something profound: wellness wasn't about fixing what was broken, but nurturing what was already there. Just like tending to my plants at home, wellness required patience, consistency, and gentle attention.
I began to understand that both houseplants and humans thrive with the same care—proper light, nourishing water, rich soil, and space to grow. This became my philosophy: we need both grounding rituals and room to flourish, like a beloved pothos reaching toward a sunny window.
My morning routine became sacred: watering my plants while the coffee brewed, checking in with their needs as I checked in with my own. These simple rituals taught me that self-care isn't complicated—it's about showing up consistently with love and attention.
Walking forest trails and breathing in the fresh scent of rain on earth, I realized wellness grows through small, daily practices. Just as my plants taught me patience through their seasonal cycles, I learned to honor my own rhythms of growth and rest.
This sparked my passion to share these insights with others searching for authentic wellness. Rain and Root Wellness was born from this vision—a community where self-care rituals and plant care become pathways to deeper connection with ourselves and the natural world.
My passion for wellness is really about remembering that we, like our green companions, flourish when we tend to our roots and reach toward the light with intention and care.
